Philips HD2137 offer a wide range of cooking functions including pressure cooking with various direct menu buttons – soup, rice, steam, risotto, meat/poultry, manual, slow cooking with high or low temperature up to 12-hour, sauté or sear with high or low temperature up to 2-hour as well as yogurt, stew and bake with recommended cooking time. Tefal offers a few versatile cooking from rice and congee to meats, soups with a wide array of recipes, 15-preset programs and 2 special functions. When it comes to performance, both the Tefal CY601 and the Philips HD2137 are excellent pressure cookers. Both cookers are able to reach high pressure quickly and maintain it throughout the cooking process, resulting in tender, flavourful food.
