- Our policy lasts 30 days on most of our products, except for electronic products/items/devices. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For electronic products/items/devices, you have 3 days to drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and 15 days to return the electronic products/items/devices from the date it was received otherwise we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Please note that socks, earrings, stockings, and underwear are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
- Several several types of goods are exempt from being return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.
- Sale items and mystery box items are not eligible for returns.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts may not be accepted for return, or granted a partial refund only.
- IMPORTANT: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com or drop a text message at +1 (909) 417-1124 to obtain a RMA number to initiate the return process. All returns must come with an RMA number for identification.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- The shipping charge will be refunded for items which are incorrect, defective or damaged. Shipping charge is non-refundable should you wish to return or exchange an item for any other reason.
- For orders which are damaged on arrival (DOA), please refuse the parcel and inform your local postal office of the damage to be eligible for a full refund or redelivery.
- With the exception of incorrect, defective or damaged order, a shipping charge of $9.90 or actual postage (whichever is higher), along with return shipping charge (if applicable) will be deducted from order total before refund.
- 15% restocking fee will apply to packages which are returned unless otherwise stated.
- Once a return is received successfully and verified to be in good order, the refund less shipping charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be made via the original method of payment. Please allow 3-20 working days for the credit to be reflected in your account.
- No refund will be made on packages which are unclaimed, refused (except for DOA), abandoned or disposed of. Please ensure proper arrangements have been made for your parcel to be collected.
- We require up to 8 weeks for delivery of orders before they are listed as missing. Requests for refund or resend will be processed after that. Shipping fee is non-refundable for orders shipped with no tracking.
- Refund or redelivery policy does not apply if : (i) in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by natural disasters, union strikes or any events beyond our control, (ii) your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address ), (iii) You’ve changed you’re mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere. (iv) your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster) (v) The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.
- Please do not return your purchase to our office without the RMA number.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs for returning your item, except for defective product or when the wrong item has been sent. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service for return as we are not liable for missing items.
- Please use proper packaging for return shipping. Items which are damaged during transit will not be accepted for return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
