4 Simple Steps How to Set Life Goals and Achieve Them | 2024 Guide

Are you challenging to set your goals and achieve them in life (Wealth, Health, Relationship, Personal)?

If you answered “YES”, there’s nothing wrong with you. Here’s are 4 simple steps how to set 4 S.M.A.R.T objective goals and achieve them in life.

  1. i) How was your previous year / past 12 months?

Please take a piece of paper and write it down how many wins you achieve and how many challenges you face for each category (Wealth, Health, Relationship, Personal).

  1. ii) What do you want the next 12 months?

Please take a piece of paper and write it down your S.M.A.R.T goals for each category (Wealth, Health, Relationship, Personal).

The laser S.M.A.R.T goals stand for:

Specific

  • very specific, detail, clear in your mind. If it is clear and specific, you can realize that it is a clarity because of “CLARITY LEADS TO POWER.”

CLARITY LEADS TO POWER !

Measurable

  • you can realize that you have achieved your goals such as measurable resources, device, software, app and etc. For example, you can find measurable smartwatch to collect your health statistic result.

Attainable

  • Acceptable and agreeable with you what the goal should be.

Realistic

  • Within the availability of knowledge, time, resource.

Time

  • acceptable specific time to achieve the goals

Step 2: What You Must Do ? WHY Do You Want To Set These S.M.A.R.T Goals?

Please take a piece of paper and list down what you must do and what the burning reasons are for setting these S.M.A.R.T goals for each category (Wealth, Health, Relationship, Personal).

1.) TO DO LIST For Your S.M.A.R.T Goals/Objectives.

Ask yourself what “YOU MUST TO DO” rather than “YOU WILL”.

Template: “I MUST DO ____ and WHY YOU MUST DO TO ACHIEVE THIS SMART GOALS

2.)The burning reasons could be:

  1. i) NOT “ME”, NOT “YOURSELF”, SHOULD BE “OTHER”

For example, I want to achieve 15-24 ROI from stock market before Dec 2019 so I can transfer this system, knowledge, value investing skills to my next generations

  1. ii) The EMOTION you feel is “DEAD”, “FEARFUL”, “PAINFUL”

If you don’t do it, you will “dead’. For example, if you don’t sleep before 11 pm daily, you will be “dead” early.

If you do it, you will enjoy joy and happiness with your loved ones.

TRUE WEALTH is WHEN YOU CAN ENJOY IT !

TRUE RICH IS WHEN YOU ONLY HAVE IT!

Step 3: Your Game Changer Plan

The Game Changer Plan is Timetable Calendar, Education, Practice, Action.

Education: You must invest yourself first and look for a coach or a master. For example, if you want to learn investing stock market, you must look for a stock market master own past historical year tracking record because the result is the truth.

THE RESULT IS THE TRUTH!

Practice: After learning the secret of steps/ingredients from your master, just like a photocopy machine, you follow any steps the master teach you and practice it every day,

Action: Opportunity is when you get prepared for it. When opportunities are coming, you just do the checklist and take action it. For example, if one day you discover there is a property opportunity, it is your time to tick your checklist and invest it instantaneously.

If you don’t prepare your game changer plan, how S.M.A.R.T goals/objective you set is just a dream.

Step 4: Free Of Your Mind

After you practice it for a lot of time, you must free your mind first before taking this first step action because only the mind always annoys you to put you down and not allow you take this first step action. This annoy mind is:

i) Your limited belief, for example: “you can’t do it!” etc

ii) Your historical mistake. Only your mind know the secrets of your historical mistake. Because these mistakes cause you fearful and not allow you to continue to take the first step action.

So you must switch your mind from “You can’t do it!” to “How to do it?” because when you ask the question to your mind so that your mind will start independent thinking and find the ways to get it done.

Shift from

“You can’t do it !”

to

“how to do it?”
